Pictured left is Knight helping with our chickens.

Knight is an active working farm English Shepherd. He is Penn Hip .27/.26 and MDR1 N/N by pedigree. Knight is a grey/blue sable with irish markings.  He works besides the goats, our chickens, cows and pigs also.
Knight is 25 inches tall and weighs 70 pounds and is only just a year old. Photo above is Sky's last litter by Knight sire Briar. This litter with Knight will be her second litter.

Knight sire is Bett's Middletree Farms Sweet Briar, hips .37/.37 ,MDR1 n/n Rato, JHD.  Knight's dam is Cedar Creek Bett's First Lady, hips .43/.37, MDR1 n/n.  Knight Grandsires Good Shepherds White Oak Sawyer and Egersten's Copperfield.  His Granddams iare Cedar Creek's Koch's Poppy and Cedar Creek Maggie May all are in the ESC registry. Both have OFA or Penn hip ratings and both are N/N.

Sky standing guard with our  La Mancha dairy goats. Sky is an active working farm dog. You can see her Penn hip rating on her front page which is .46/.45 no DHD. Sky is MDR1 M/N  Sky is a red shaded sable.

Sky weighs 40 lbs and is 20 inches tall.  She herds our cows daily moving the out to pasture after grain feeding. She helps me move the new goats to their pasture and back to the pen for lock up. She is a very serious chicken guardian. Always patrolling behind the coops in our woods and watching the skies for hawks and such.  She works our pigs keeping them off the fence at feeding time our herding them back to their pen if they break out.  On her off time Sky loves to play indoors with Knight our other ES. She sleeps in our bedroom and loves to wake up her dad aka my hubby.

We also expect really excellent working dogs that can be used for many different things.  I will be temperament testing and placing this litter.  We are now taking reservations and do have questions to answer to help with placement.

Please email me at [email protected] to make a reservation for a puppy. You can also find us on Facebook as Blue Moon English Shepherds as a group page.  Just ask to be added.

Sky's last litter with Knight. Day that they were born. Sky left to go out when chickens called warning. She and Knight went to run off a predator. Which gave me time to change bedding and take this photo. 3 females and 4 males. All sables. Born March 9 2015.
Pictured left is  of the pups from Sky's last litter.  This is one of the girls from Sky litter last year with Knight. She is on a farm in Mo working goats, sheep and chickens. Plus she watches over the grandkids. Picture is on her birthday.
